As you all know, running a high-volume spay/neuter clinic is a huge undertaking! There's no reason to reinvent the wheel for every form and chart you might need. This section is where you can locate and download our most frequently requested documents, as well as check out some important medical protocol content. Please feel free to edit any of the forms for use in your own clinic. Also, let us know if there's something missing!

NSNRT clinic directors, consider joining the NSNRT Clinic Directors Yahoo group. It's a forum for current clinic directors to ask questions, network, swap ideas, and find out what works! NSNRT clinics: interested in sending new staff members to Humane Alliance for training in high-volume techniques and best practices? There are grant funding opportunities currently available from PetSmart Charities. A typical training grant would be to cover costs incurred with sending staff for training and may include: travel costs (airfare, mileage reimbursement, rental car, gas), hotel, meals, and salaries (this could include paying for staff to cover at your clinic and/or to pay Humane Alliance training fees). The grant is generally between $5,000 - $10,000.

Grant details:
This grant is for new staff members only (folks who have already been through training at Humane Alliance are not eligible). Even if your clinic is not in the NSNRT, if you are currently performing over 5,000 surgeries annually, you may still be eligible. PetSmart Charities will not consider more than one grant per year per clinic and would like to see a plan developed for training at your own clinic for future staff if possible.
