Humane Alliance: A Program of the ASPCA

Description

Description: Must have a great attitude, excellent communication skills and bedside manner. If you enjoy surgery, like a calm environment, and are committed to excellent client communication and patient care, this is the job for you!

Our full-time doctor will have the ability to create their own schedule within our hours of operation, to be determined, 5 days a week. No holidays, Sundays, emergency, or on-call duty. We will, however, handle our own aftercare calls and issues. ETSN's Critter Care Clinic will start by offering services to the low-income public, with plans to expand to provide spay-neuter for feral cats & shelter animals.

The ideal candidate should be able to perform at least 15 surgeries per day with a team & the ability to increase to whatever your comfort level can safely handle. (We are not a high-volume spay-neuter clinic.) We also plan to offer basic veterinary wellness office visits. Compensation is based on experience and ability to perform high-quality, juvenile (12 weeks and up) spay/neuter surgeries and other minor wellness procedures. Veterinarian must be licensed in Tennessee. Please email a cover letter along with your resume and references.
