Description: Full time veterinary position available to join our organization's full service veterinary clinics. This veterinary position will work with our other full and part time veterinarians to provide high quality care and will report to the Medical Director. This is a very unique position as these veterinary clinics are operated by a progressive non-profit and provide exceptional care to the public. Each facility has state of the art diagnostic equipment including digital x-ray, in-house blood analysis and more. You will work with a dynamic support staff of veterinary technicians and management. We operate veterinary clinics in North Brookfield, Springfield, and now Worcester MA. This position has the opportunity to work in just one location or in multiple if desired. This position would work in our general practice and afford you the opportunity to seek more work in the areas you love the most – whether it is clinical diagnosis, surgery, dental, or other areas. We provide a wide range of services and our veterinarians enjoy the opportunities for advancement in their skills in areas of interest.

Veterinarians must possess a desire to work with the general public as well as the underserved pets in the community to provide the highest quality of care. Excellent medical/surgical skills and great client communication skills are a must. A team player and understanding of helping the needy pets in the community is important.

Compensation package includes competitive salary, health and dental insurance, 403b plan (non-profit equivalent of 401k), and discounted pet services. Compensation package also includes some paid CE and license reimbursements including DEA. Some CE classes are offered in house and therefore you don’t have to miss time off to attend!
