Humane Alliance: A Program of the ASPCA

Description

Description: PETA’s Mobile Clinic Division is seeking a veterinarian to join a close-knit crew in their life-saving work. With almost 150,000 spay and neuter surgeries performed since its inception in 2001, our Mobile Clinics fight the animal overpopulation crisis on the frontlines. You can be proud of your work, knowing that PETA will never turn an animal away because of their guardian’s inability to pay. You’d be working alongside compassionate and dedicated staff, with benefits such as flexible hours, vacation and sick time, and zero on-call hours! You will also work closely with PETA’s Community Animal Project (CAP), PETA’s fieldwork and sheltering division dedicated to assisting animals and citizens in and around Hampton Roads and southeastern Virginia. We’re looking for someone with at least one year of high volume surgery experience in animal shelters; basically, we’re looking for someone who cares about animals as much as we do and who’s willing to work hard to ensure their humane treatment. If you meet the qualifications, we cannot wait to hear from you!
